Purpose:
1.1 To provide access to information collected by Regroup Media and clarity into data collection and usage of private information in compliance with The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)

2.1 Regroup Media offers a variety of products and services, including but not limited to: event hosting, content production and distribution, consultation, team management, community organization, travel services and organization, retail and commerce operations.
2.2 To adequately provide these products and services Regroup Media may collect, with informed consent, personal information from: members, event participants, clients, partners, employees, and visitors.

This policy will outline the collection, use, access / distribution of all data or private information collected by Regroup Media on each platform used by the organization.
Use:
3.1 Information collected will only be used for the purposes identified to you at the time of collection.
3.2 Information may also be used for purposes that are deemed necessary and reasonably connected to the collection purpose but not explicitly stated. Collected information may be used for other purposes including but not limited to:
- Data aggregation used internally or presented for external use.

- Academic information, including program and year. (Grades and academic performance information is not collected at this time)
